Photo locations

There are locations around the world which are sometimes known as photographic honey pots. People will travel thousands of miles just to put their tripod's feet where thousands have been before and take that magic shot. There are also local places which are simply photogenic or where some sort of magic happens.

Thornbury Camera Club member Igor Mazurkevic came across a map which proposed the "Best 200 photo locations in England". Now you too can find it.

At around the same time that Igor found that, another member, Simon Meeds, was building his own maps "Photo Opportunities" and "Visit Bristol" with similar aims. While "Old Bristol" is targeted more at places to visit than places to photograph many of them are also photogenic. New locations will be added to these maps in time.
